Client's Charter We promise to :
- Implement at least 80 percent from course list that approved for current year.
- Inform to clients on planning and training implementation at least one (1) month before programme started.
- Supervise and coordinate programs of implementation and research study through Research Communitee meeting.
- Implementing evaluation outcome development assessment for INFRA programme according to Monitoring and Evaluation Panel
- Issue Research and Development Jurnal once a year.
- Give initial feedback to every complaint within three (3) working day.
